This is the reserved version of our classic 5 Brothers cheese. It has been held aside to sell for the month of December. It is available at 18 months old. It is delicately aged on pine planks adding robust flavours to the cheese. It has creamy and rich flavours with sweeter overtones and distinctive eyes throughout the body of the cheese.
The best before date will be 5-6 months away.
